Guzman y Gomez was a shop fit-out designed from mechanical drawings, and needed Air Conditioning solutions to suit their design.

We worked collaboratively with Guzman y Gomez to create a Commercial Air Conditioning solution that would maintain quality temperature and air control in their new fitout, prior to the fitout being completed. Essentially, we needed to be ready to go as soon as the fitout finished. 

We used their mechanical drawings to establish where we would install our supplied mechanical kitchen exhaust, garbage exhaust and switchboard installation and upgrades. 

This required a condition service report of the existing TEMPERZONE Package unit, the relocation of this unit, and the installation of a new TEMPERZONE Package unit. This site had exposed ductwork, adding to the ambiance of the end result that Guzman y Gomez proudly presents today.

This project was a great demonstration of our ability to adapt to circumstances that aren’t as straightforward, and that require an aesthetic approach as well as a functional one.
